Bruce King is a lifelong resident of Washington State. He started working in technology in 1982, and was an early employee of Microsoft in 1986. In 1996 he moved on to owning and operating his own businesses and has been self employed since in a variety of ventures. He currently owns and operates a 450 acre farm in north snohomish county.

In previous elections Bruce was deemed "most qualified" and endorsed by the Everett Herald. Bruce has been endorsed by the Master Builders association, and by the Sierra Club as well as a number of community members. He has been instrumental in providing public access and visibility for Comission meetings and PUD decisions.
